Shipping Policy

Puzzy delivers to mainland France and other European Union countries. Delivery fees vary by destination and are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Delivery times are shown on each product page and confirmed when your order is placed. We aim to deliver within 30 days of order confirmation (Article L.216-1 of the French Consumer Code). If delivery is delayed beyond a reasonable additional period for reasons not due to force majeure, you may cancel your order by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.

When your order arrives, please check the condition of the package and products in front of the delivery person. If you notice any damage, note it specifically on the delivery slip and contact us at love@puzzypuzzle.fr within 48 hours.
