Orders & Delivery
How quickly is my order shipped?
We prepare and ship orders quickly once payment is confirmed. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your package leaves.
What delivery options are available?
Depending on your country, you can choose between:
- Mondial Relay — where available, with delivery to a pickup point.
- Colissimo (La Poste) — for destinations not covered by Mondial Relay, with home delivery.
- In-person pickup — available at our Raad Studio de Création workshop in Paris. Select this option at checkout and we'll contact you to arrange a pickup time.
The delivery option available for your address is shown automatically at checkout.
Do you deliver outside of France?
Yes, we deliver to France and the European Union. Delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout based on your address.
How long does my order take to arrive?
Delivery times vary depending on your destination and chosen carrier, and are shown at checkout. In accordance with our Terms & Conditions of Sale, delivery takes place no later than 30 days after the order is placed.
How can I track my order?
A tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as your package ships.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return a puzzle if I change my mind?
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order. Please note: in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, this right cannot be exercised once the protective plastic film (seal) on the box has been removed, for hygiene and health protection reasons. We recommend checking your order before opening the packaging.
What should I do if my puzzle arrives damaged or incomplete?
Contact us at love@puzzypuzzle.fr with photos of the product and packaging. We'll find a solution quickly (replacement or refund).
How do I request a refund?
Write to us at love@puzzypuzzle.fr with your order number. Full details of the procedure are available in our Terms & Conditions of Sale.
Our Puzzles
How many pieces do Puzzy puzzles have?
Each Puzzy puzzle has 500 pieces, for an ideal assembly experience alone, as a couple, or with friends.
Are the puzzles suitable for all ages?
No. Puzzy illustrations address sensuality and intimacy through the lens of astrology and sextrology. Our products are intended exclusively for an adult audience (18 and older).
What's the build quality of the puzzles like?
Our puzzles are made with quality materials, designed to last and to be framed or given as gifts once assembled.
What's the difference between the Astrology collection and the Sextrology collection?
The Astrology collection celebrates each zodiac sign through a poetic, sensual illustration. The Sextrology collection explores, sign by sign, the sensual energy and unique way each astrological sign loves.
Payment & Security
What payment methods do you accept?
The available payment methods are shown at checkout (credit card and other options depending on availability). All transactions are secure.
Is my banking information stored?
No. Your payment data is processed directly by our secure payment provider; we never store it. See our Privacy Policy.
Discretion
Is the package delivered in discreet packaging?
Yes. Your puzzles are shipped in a plain bubble mailer, with no indication of the contents on the outside. If you have a specific preference regarding packaging, contact us at love@puzzypuzzle.fr before your order ships.
